Scottsdale Office and Data Center Renovation

This renovation project spanned three office buildings. The main scopes of work included new re-development of approximately 391,574 square feet of existing spaces and upgrades to the owner’s critical systems. This project included provision and installation of new CRAC’s, UPS’s, VAV’s, RTU’s, BAS / controls, fire protection, paint, carpet, drywall other architectural upgrades.
