The Innovation & Craft Workforce Center (ICWC) is a state-of-the-art training facility utilized to conduct discipline-specific craft training. The facility is also designed to prefabricate and modularize components for project installation, provide space for craft teams and equipment storage. It also includes McCarthy's integrated design department, self-perform teams, the renewable energy group’s Operations & Maintenance control center, an equipment maintenance and storage area, additional office space, and an outside yard.
