As the first new hotel and casino to be built in downtown Las Vegas in 40 years, Circa has been described as a game changer for Fremont Street. The resort consists of a six-story, multi-use casino, 35-story hotel tower with rooftop lounge, including Stadium Swim, a multi-level pool amphitheater and Circa Sports, the world’s largest sports book. Also included throughout the facilities are numerous eclectic restaurants, bars and retail spaces. In total, the project encompasses more than one million square feet of finished space, including a pedestrian bridge spanning Main Street leading to the Garage Mahal.
The Garage Mahal, also constructed by McCarthy, is an eight-story cast-in-place parking structure with more than 1,000 parking spaces. The opulent garage houses the central utility plant for the entire Circa resort. Conceptualized as a new focal point for downtown Las Vegas, the Garage Mahal was design-built to serve as the rideshare hub for Fremont Street.
