The Container Yard 7 project was the construction of 45 acres of a concrete bulk terminal for container storage at the Bayport Terminal of the Port of Houston. McCarthy’s scope on this project also included underground drainage, electrical work, extension of various utilities to the area, roller compacted and joint reinforced pavement, lime and cement subgrade, a drainage layer, and 12-inch treated base.
