Tim Ravenstahl

As business development manager for McCarthy’s Newport Beach office, Tim is responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, building high-performing project teams to meet client needs and pursuing new business opportunities in Orange County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County, Calif. 

Tim has more than seven years of construction industry experience serving in roles ranging from project engineer to business development. He also has extensive sports marketing experience working in sales management positions for the Anaheim Ducks and Angels Baseball, bringing a unique perspective and regional relationships to aid McCarthy’s business development pursuits in Southern California. 

Tim has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from University of Nebraska – Lincoln and a master's degree in Sports Management from Bond University.
