Paul Erb

As the COO for McCarthy’s Southern Pacific region, Paul Erb oversees the company’s design-phase and construction operations in Southern California and Nevada. Having joined McCarthy in 2004, Paul has been instrumental in establishing McCarthy as the builder of choice across a diverse group of markets. He brings more than two decades of industry experience and is dedicated to driving operational excellence, optimizing efficiencies, and fostering a culture of innovation.  

Paul is known for his skill as a consensus builder and for leading high-performing teams toward delivering the most value to clients and stakeholders. He is active in several industry and community organizations and holds a LEED AP BD+C designation from the United States Green Building Council. Paul also has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Manhattan College.
