Nikki Marongiu

Nikki Marongiu is director of business development for McCarthy’s San Francisco office. In this role, Nikki is responsible for building and maintaining existing client and partner relationships in Northern California as well as the team’s strategy on pursuits and expanding McCarthy’s work into a variety of markets in the Bay Area. 

Since joining McCarthy in 2011, Nikki has held a variety of field and leadership positions, including spending time as a project manager, where she gained experience working with contractors and designers. In her prior roles, she gained an extensive knowledge of the industry which she uses to foster relationships and develop solutions that ensure McCarthy delivers exceptional client experiences. Nikki’s energy, ability to make connections and self-starter attitude, combined with her operational background, collaborative spirit and experience with our client base, brings valuable insights to McCarthy and our clients. 

Nikki earned a bachelor's degree in construction management and a minor in communication design from California State University, Chico.
