Nick Sandersfeld

Nick Sandersfeld is responsible for pursuing projects and meeting the evolving needs of clients in the greater San Jose area, with a focus on industrial, laboratory, corporate office, parking structure, educational and government facilities. He brings more than a decade of business development and marketing experience in the Santa Clara area construction industry to his role as director of business development at McCarthy. In addition to his responsibilities at McCarthy, Nick is actively involved in NAIOP, CoreNet Global, Urban Land Institute, RECON, SPUR and non-profit organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America and Rebuilding Together. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science, Marketing and a Bachelor of Science, Natural Resource Ecology & Management from Iowa State University.
