Justis Brogan serves as the Atlanta market business unit leader for McCarthy’s Southern Region. With two decades of experience in the construction industry, Justis has been involved in more than $625 million in projects across Georgia in a variety of markets including healthcare, aviation, higher education and municipal. He joined McCarthy in 2007 as a superintendent in the field, moving up through the organization to Project Director before taking his current role in 2024. 

Outside of McCarthy, Justis is involved in various community organizations., including the AGC Georgia Executive Alliance, the Georgia Institute of Technology Construction and Infrastructure Systems and Engineering board, and the Southeastern Chapter of the Association of Airport Executives. Justis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
