Jim Madrid

Named regional president in 2024, Jim formerly served as Executive Vice President of the company’s Newport Beach office and regional hub. He has led a well-rounded career, representing the construction industry in executive, operational, preconstruction, and business development roles over the last four decades. In his role, Jim oversees the company’s operations across Southern California and Nevada. His passion for leveraging teamwork to overcome challenges, drive innovation, and deliver exceptional experiences has led to a strong reputation as a community builder.  

Jim is a board member of The First Tee of Orange County and an active member of the Coalition of Adequate School Housing (CASH), CMAA, and the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE). He is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science in construction management engineering.
