Ian McQuoid

Ian McQuoid serves as Senior Vice President of Operations and Sacramento Business Unit Leader for McCarthy’s Northern Pacific Region. With nearly 25 years of experience leading projects throughout Northern California, Ian plays an instrumental role in cultivating high-performing teams, while strengthening the strategies and near-term opportunities for growth across multiple markets.

Ian is a tenured McCarthy leader, known for his commitment to developing strong teams and long-standing relationships across the region and in Sacramento. Ian’s background leading projects from Fresno to Yreka and San Jose to San Francisco enables him to offer clients across the market a broad and well-rounded perspective. His diverse and expansive knowledge of the industry serves as a north star for his involvement in many important projects across the region. Ian has a bachelor's degree in construction management from California State University, Sacramento.
