Erin Valentine

Since joining McCarthy in 2001, Erin has worked closely with the firm’s clients and project teams to develop new solutions to enhance project delivery and consistently deliver exceptional experiences to clients in all markets across McCarthy’s Central Region. As Vice President, Erin leads the building and managing of relationships with clients in the firm’s vertical markets. Erin is an advocate for women in the construction industry and is a member of McCarthy’s Partnership for Women employee resource group. She is also actively involved with numerous organizations including the St. Louis Forum, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and St. Louis Children’s Hospital’s Development Board. Erin holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Saint Louis University and a master's in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
