Dina Pham

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cal State East Bay and more than 12 years of industry experience, Dina brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. As the Business Development Manager for McCarthy’s San Francisco office, Dina is responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, building high-performing project teams to meet client needs, and pursuing new business opportunities in the Bay Area. 

Since joining McCarthy five years ago as a Marketing Manager, Dina has been a pivotal force in enhancing brand recognition, building external connections, and refining the pursuit process. Her strategic thinking and deep understanding of the presell and pursuit lifecycle allow her to bring in the right expertise at the right time.
