Dawn Bertolani

Dawn Bertolani serves as the Sr. Business Development Manager in McCarthy’s Sacramento Office. Dawn began her career as a project administrator and steadily advanced through various roles, including, project engineer, assistant project manager, project manager, and design manager, before transitioning into a business development role. 

Joining McCarthy in 2022 as a Design Integration Manager on a large, progressive design-build government project, Dawn brought with her a wealth of experience from one of Sacramento’s largest construction management firms. During her tenure there, she established strong relationships with clients in the Sacramento region, which she continues to leverage in her current role. In 2023, Dawn moved into the Business Development department and has been instrumental in McCarthy's presell and win strategy efforts. 

Dawn is actively involved in McCarthy’s Partnership for Women committee, organizing events to mentor and empower the next generation of female leaders in construction. Additionally, she represents McCarthy in various professional industry organizations. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, providing her with a unique perspective and skillset.
