Andrew Raufi is Vice President, Business Development, focused on cultivating and nurturing account relationships and developing opportunities in the commercial project sector. With more than 26 years of experience in the construction industry, Andrew is a strategy-driven commercial development professional with a proven track record of building long-term relationships with key clients and teammates alike. He has experience in a variety of project types including public private partnerships (P3), entertainment, hospitality, commercial office, parking garages, wastewater treatment, higher education, and healthcare, and has worked on notable multi-million-dollar projects throughout California.
Andrew holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural and environmental engineering from California State University, Long Beach and is a member of the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association, Southern California Developer Form (SCDF), Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) and the Associated General Contractors (AGC).
