Aaron Lich

As vice president of the Industrial market of the Central Region, Aaron works closely with the firm’s industrial clients in the region and oversees the strategy and growth for the firm’s regional industrial portfolio. He joined McCarthy’s preconstruction team in 2012, eventually moving to lead the industrial preconstruction team before being named vice president. Today he brings more than two decades of experience to help industrial clients achieve outstanding project results. With a Bachelor of Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis, Aaron worked in the mechanical contracting industry on both the preconstruction and field execution sides prior to joining McCarthy.
