Justin Kelton

As CEO in the Southwest Region, Justin is responsible for sustaining long-term success and designing high-level strategy for the region’s business. His career with McCarthy began as a laborer on a hospital construction project. After several years in the trades and service in the United States Marine Corps, Justin became a project engineer with McCarthy in 2001. He served as project director, vice president, senior vice president, executive vice president, and president, prior to his current role. He has been instrumental in developing and expanding the region’s diverse market portfolio while also growing the company’s national footprint in renewable energy and water/wastewater. Justin is a champion for culture and has been engaged in the community through various organizations including the American Heart Association’s Greater Phoenix Chapter, Support Sky Harbor Coalition, the Arizona Builder’s Alliance, American Society of Civil Engineers and WESTMARC. Justin earned a civil and environmental engineering degree from Vermont Technical College and completed the Executive Program at the University of Chicago School of Business.
