Our Plan for Your Future
An ESOP with Impactful Advantages
McCarthy is 100% employee-owned, in every sense. We all own this place, which means we are all personally invested in making McCarthy The Best Builder in America. When the company does well, we all share the rewards and help strengthen our shared legacy for the future.
One of these benefits is our employee stock-ownership plan (ESOP) which is available to all salaried employees after one year of employment. Similar to a 401K plan, which we also offer to all of our employee-owners, an ESOP is a pre-tax qualified retirement plan, but it is solely funded by McCarthy and based on McCarthy stock price, which is determined once a year.
