Celebrating Women in Construction Week
During Women in Construction Week, McCarthy is highlighting and celebrating women who are blazing a path for leadership, collaboration, and business success.
Each of these women were chosen to be spotlighted by one of their peers, who are quoted below explaining how they exemplify this year’s theme and McCarthy’s values.
PAM GONZALES
Laborer, Northern Pacific Region
"Pam is the epitome of McCarthy core values: She genuinely cares about everyone around her. She always has a smile on her face and is willing to listen and learn. You know you can always count on Pam! She is selfless - she seems to get great joy out of helping others and making sure her partners are taken care of. She's willing to jump in at any moment to help even if it's outside her normal tasks. She also takes great pride in her work."
- Shelley Arnold, Sr. Project Engineer
