Tyler Richardson

With nearly a decade of industry experience, Tyler Richardson serves as Vice President, Business Development for McCarthy’s Newport Beach office in Southern California. He is primarily responsible for the healthcare market, where he has managed and provided project leadership his entire career. Tyler’s role includes maintaining a strong relationship with new and existing partners while generating and pursuing future healthcare opportunities. His experience with a variety of project delivery methods, including design-build and integrated project delivery, enable him to guide clients considering alternatives to traditional design-bid-build delivery in California. Tyler has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Washington State University.
