As Senior Business Development Manager, Trent builds relationships with current and prospective clients in the healthcare, civic and commercial building markets across the greater St. Louis region. He joined McCarthy in 2024 with a strong background in commercial real estate mergers and acquisitions, both as a broker/advisor and in development.

Trent earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from DePaul University in Chicago. He’s a member of the SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Development Board and volunteers at the St. Louis Area Food Bank.
