Rex Stepp works with project developers, utilities, and renewable energy industry groups throughout the country to help position McCarthy as the premier EPC to design and build solar and energy storage projects. He has 15 years of experience in the renewable energy market, including managing customer programs for Arizona Public Service and more recently as a business development manager for First Solar, the largest U.S.-based solar module manufacturer.
Rex also served several years on the board of the Arizona Solar Center, helping to educate consumers and build better understanding between the solar industry and utilities. His past experience includes 20 years of sales and marketing in the telecom market with AT&T and 10 years as an adjunct professor at Scottsdale Community College, where he taught marketing and business classes. Rex received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Biola University in Southern California and his MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
