Preston Hodges

As Senior Vice President, Business Unit Leader, Preston is responsible for establishing long-lasting relationships with clients and partners as well as leading McCarthy’s commercial operations in Houston and Austin, Texas. He possesses strong ties to the south Texas market and brings a depth of experience in both public and private sectors, including many of the firm’s key markets. 

Prior to his promotion to Senior Vice President, Preston served as Vice President and led business development and client service efforts in the business unit. Preston has held several different positions over the past decade at McCarthy within operations and business development. 

In addition to his responsibilities with McCarthy, Preston serves on the board of the AGC of Houston, Construction Career Collaborative (C3), and Champions for Children. He is a member or committee member of the AGC Construction Futures Committee, American Society of Healthcare Engineers, and American Hospital Association. With a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University, Preston is a licensed Certified Healthcare Constructor and holds a Healthcare Construction Certificate.
