Nate Jacobs is responsible for managing strategic client relationships and market visibility in Nevada. He focuses in both public and private markets, with an emphasis on early project development, project team creation, and design partner integration. In addition to his daily operational responsibilities, he’s also taken on leadership roles in training, recruiting, community outreach, and industry involvement.
Nate is active in the National Association of Industrial Office Properties (NAIOP), Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), Associated General Contractors (AGC), Nevada Contractors Association, and Henderson Chamber of Commerce. With a bachelor's degree in construction engineering from Montana State University, Bozeman, Nate's professional credentials include a LEED AP BD+C and Certified Associate Constructor from the American Institute of Constructors (AIC).
