Michael Kim

Michael Kim oversees the office operations and team of builders dedicated to growing and supporting the communities of the greater Los Angeles area. With more than 30 years of experience in the design and construction industry, Michael is committed to strengthening McCarthy’s presence and continuing to develop transformational community projects while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Michael is a California state registered architect, a certified member of the American College of Healthcare Architects, a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional, and a DBIA Certified Design-Build Professional®. He is also a member of the American Institute of Architects. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Arts from Wesleyan University and a Master of Architecture from the University of California, Los Angeles.
