Doug Mangers

As Sr. Vice President of Operations for McCarthy's Central Region, Doug oversees all healthcare and out-of-town education work. He monitors project performance throughout the lifecycle of a job with a continual focus on client satisfaction. With more than 26 years of experience in the construction industry, he has spent the majority of his career working to develop strong team relationships on complex projects. He began his McCarthy career as a project engineer, also holding positions as a field superintendent, project manager, senior project manager, project director and vice president before assuming his current role. Doug has participated in more than $3 billion of completed construction projects across America. He holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from the University of Illinois.
