Chris Arb

As senior business development manager, Chris builds client and partner relationships to expand McCarthy’s Industrial Operations business unit across the company’s 28-state Central Region – from the Plains to the East Coast. With over a decade of experience in business development before joining McCarthy in 2023, Chris’s expertise will allow him to continue developing relationships and providing an excellent experience for industrial clients. 

Chris serves on the Board of Directors for the Electrical Board of Missouri and Illinois. He earned a bachelor’s degree in advertising from the University of Missouri School of Journalism in Columbia, Missouri.
