Charlie Crews

Charlie Crews brings nearly a decade of marketing and client relations experience to McCarthy’s Southwest Region. As business development manager, Crews leads the establishing and building of relationships with current and future clients, partners, and other stakeholders of McCarthy’s commercial construction projects. Her focus areas include healthcare, mission critical, aviation, and municipal market sectors. She also oversees the team’s strategy on new opportunity pursuits and the development of market growth. Crews is active with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Arizona Chapter, serving in the Partnership Forum and Women’s Leadership Initiative. She is a member of Arizona Association for Economic Development (AAED) and the Phoenix affiliate of Women in Healthcare. Crews holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Arizona State University and was named a 2019 Up and Comer to Know in CRE by AZRE Magazine.
