Amanda Skillern

As Vice President Quality, Amanda manages McCarthy’s national quality program and develops and implements new approaches to quality construction. She works closely with the firm’s regional quality directors to drive continuous improvement throughout the company, with a focus  on process improvement, training and overall implementation of the quality program. 

With a decade of experience analyzing and leading quality in construction, energy and other sectors, she uses her leadership, quality management and strategic planning experience to iteratively improve McCarthy’s quality programs and improve outcomes for clients. Amanda has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Southeastern Louisiana University.
