Eric Fields serves as vice president of operations for our self-perform program in the Southwest, bringing extensive experience and leadership to the region. Eric has spent most of his career at McCarthy, leveraging his diverse background in mechanical self-perform projects across multiple sectors, including higher education. His expertise includes project planning, constructability reviews, and coordinating all construction phases to ensure successful outcomes. Eric has been instrumental in shaping our self-perform program’s success by delivering high-profile projects focusing on quality, craftsmanship, and innovation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Indiana State University.
