McCarthy's largest-ever intern class kicks off a summer of hands-on learning and opportunity.
This summer, McCarthy is proud to welcome its largest-ever group of interns: 291 total interns representing 99 colleges and universities from across the country. This group of participants in our INTERN ADVANTAGE® program will walk away with career experience for real impact by the end of the summer.
Spread across 100+ active projects and offices nationwide, this diverse group of interns will gain firsthand experience working alongside seasoned builders and business professionals. From day one, McCarthy interns are immersed in real-world construction, engineering, and support roles that challenge them, empower them, and prepare them for future success.
Many of McCarthy’s current leaders, including executives, project directors, and support team managers, began their journey through the Intern Advantage® program. The program remains a key entry point for building the next generation of construction professionals.
