Frances Inestroza brings more than 20 years of AEC industry experience to McCarthy’s Southwest Region, with nearly a decade in the construction industry. She uses her extensive background in real estate, operations and market research to advance the goals of McCarthy’s Education Building Group and their clients. As Business Development Manager, she is responsible for establishing, building, and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients and partners. She is a member of the Arizona Association for Economic Development (AAED) and the Arizona Association of School Business Officials (AASBO). A leader and avid learner, she holds a Managers to Lead Certification through XM Performance and is a graduate of the Scottsdale Leadership Organization. She graduated from The University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work.
