    Joe Brunsman serves as the business unit leader of the Infrastructure team for in the Southwest. As the lead of the Infrastructure team, Joe is responsible for overseeing water and wastewater projects, airport projects and general civil projects within the division. His team offers general contracting, construction management, program management and design-build services for infrastructure projects in Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada and Texas.  

    During his nearly 30 years in the construction industry, Joe has managed many of the firm’s largest construction projects. He started his career as an apprentice carpenter and joined McCarthy in 2008 as a project manager. Since then he has become one of the firm’s most experienced managers of large self-perform civil and concrete construction projects, working closely with owners, design teams and trade partners to deliver outstanding quality.

    Katy Corrigan is responsible for maintaining solid client relationships, building strong project teams and pursuing new business opportunities in Colorado. She brings more than fifteen years of experience in the construction industry to her role in business development, including more than a decade of hands-on project management experience for McCarthy in the field. Katy has completed projects in a variety of markets including healthcare, education, parking garages and water/wastewater. As a LEED Accredited Professional, she is a strong advocate for sustainability efforts at McCarthy in the office and in the field. In addition to her responsibilities with McCarthy, Katy is active in a number of industry and community organizations in Colorado and is passionate about mentoring special needs adults.

    Kyle Masters brings 15 years of experience in the architecture, engineering and construction industry to his role as business development director. His responsibilities are focused on client relationships, market development, and strategic planning in the transportation, marine and water infrastructure market sectors throughout Texas, with expertise in alternative project delivery models such as Design-Build and CM-at-Risk.

    Kyle is an active member of the AGC of Texas, and previously served as chairman of the Water/Wastewater Committee. He is also a member of SMPS, WEAT, AWWA, and the Dallas Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals.
