    With 15 years of development and construction experience, Jeff Wood currently oversees McCarthy operations to ensure performance of the company and project teams in Nevada. Since joining McCarthy in 2012, he has helped establish the company as one of Las Vegas’ top gaming, hospitality and entertainment builders, collaborating with clients such as Station Casinos, Hakkasan, Brooklyn Bowl and Top Golf, among others. In addition, Jeff has helped reinforce our commitment to the Rocky Mountain Region overseeing the establishment of a full-service Colorado office.

    Jeff currently serves on various committees with the Associated General Contractors and is a member of the Nevada Contractor’s and Nevada Professional Facilities Manager Association. He lends his leadership and talent to support numerous organizations including the American Heart Association, Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation, St Jude’s Ranch in Boulder City, and the School Community Partnership Program with Clark County School District. His commitment to community and the construction industry has led to numerous awards including being named an Engineering News-Record Southwest Top 20 Under 40 in 2015.

    Bo Calbert joined McCarthy more than 34 years ago, during which he has worked in four of the company’s divisions in a variety of positions, quickly ascending through the ranks thanks to his leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of construction and business acumen. Over the past decade, Bo’s leadership of the Southwest has entailed expanding the company’s geographic footprint beyond Arizona and into Nevada, New Mexico and Colorado, as well as developing new and existing market sectors. Most recently, he has been instrumental in the guided growth national business teams in solar and renewable energy, water/wastewater treatment and infrastructure. In addition, he is actively involved with McCarthy's workforce development initiative.

    Bo’s personal experience as a builder spans across more than 10 states in multiple industries, including healthcare, water/wastewater, hospitality, office and public works. His range of experience, combined with the varied market needs have served as a foundation for establishing the Southwest Region's diverse business services and earned McCarthy Southwest recognition as 2014 Contractor of the Year by Engineering News Record Southwest.

    Outside of McCarthy, Bo is actively engaged in the community and industry, serving as an advisory board member for the Alliance for Construction Excellence and to the president of Scottsdale Community College. He is a board member of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and also serves as member of Greater Phoenix Leadership and the Associated General Contractors’ Project Delivery Committee.

    As Executive Vice President, Justin Kelton has leadership responsibility for all commercial markets within the Southwest, including Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Colorado. His career with McCarthy began as a laborer on a hospital construction project. After several years in the trades and a stint in the United States Marine Corps, Justin became a project engineer in 2001 with McCarthy in the Southwest. He was quickly made a project director, and within a few years his professional construction career advanced him to vice president and senior vice president, prior to him moving into his current role.

    Over the years, Justin’s leadership has been instrumental in developing and expanding the division’s education services, including the launch of Job Order Contracting. In addition, his leadership has been essential to growing McCarthy's national solar, healthcare, municipal and commercial market sectors. He enjoys nurturing trusted relationships with clients and community leaders, while fostering an environment where engaged teams excel. He is currently serving the community as a board member of the American Heart Association’s Greater Phoenix Chapter and the Support Sky Harbor Coalition and is a member of the Arizona Builder’s Alliance American Society of Civil Engineers and WESTMARC.
