    As Vice President, Business Development, Ed Prendergast oversees efforts to build new and maintain existing relationships with clients and partners throughout Texas. With more than 35 years of experience in the industry, he served as Vice President, Preconstruction Services for McCarthy in Texas prior to assuming his current role.

    A LEED Accredited Professional, Ed is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, Associated General Contractors, Associated Subcontractors Association and the American Institute of Architects. He also serves on the Board of Directors for ACE Mentoring, The Health Industry Council Design and Construction Committee and the AIA/TEXO Leadership Board.

    With more than three decades of experience, Charlie Buescher leads McCarthy's business development activities and client relationships in Texas, focusing on McCarthy's commercial and healthcare businesses. His deep industry relationships and strength in leading multi-disciplinary internal and external teams makes Buescher a valuable member of McCarthy's Texas team.

    A LEED Accredited Professional, Charlie is a licensed architect in the states of Texas and Missouri. In addition to being an active member of TEXO and the American Institute of Architects, he also serves on the board of directors of Mi Escuelita and the Dallas Regional Chamber Economic Development Taskforce.

    Kyle Masters brings 15 years of experience in the architecture, engineering and construction industry to his role as business development director. His responsibilities are focused on client relationships, market development, and strategic planning in the transportation, marine and water infrastructure market sectors throughout Texas, with expertise in alternative project delivery models such as Design-Build and CM-at-Risk.

    Kyle is an active member of the AGC of Texas, and previously served as chairman of the Water/Wastewater Committee. He is also a member of SMPS, WEAT, AWWA, and the Dallas Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals.

    Ray Sedey oversees all McCarthy activities in Texas. Through his expertise and leadership, Sedey has been a mentor to many throughout the company, overseeing the day-to-day activities of McCarthy’s Las Vegas, Albuquerque and Denver offices prior to assuming his current role in Texas. He has positioned himself as a valuable resource to owners and project partners on large-scale construction projects in a variety of markets including water/wastewater, solar, healthcare, hospitality, education, transportation, commercial, public and private markets.

    Ray displays great passion and commitment to the construction industry, as well as to the community. He plays an active role in the community through his involvement with the American Heart Association, Dallas Regional Chamber and is also involved with various industry organizations.
